Screens are $5 each. Storefronts, condos and high-rise are priced on a site visit. The firm price is set at your door before we start - no surprises on the bill.

Window cleaning

Interior and exterior glass, done by hand, with the screens, tracks and sills looked after too.

Exterior windows are constantly exposed to the outside air and elements, so they develop layers of dirt, dust, grime and water spots over time.

Inside, the glass holds its own layer - dust, fingerprints, and the grit that settles in the tracks. We do both sides, so the whole window is clean.

Eavestrough cleaning

We will make sure that your eavestrough and downspouts are clean and can flow freely to prevent leaks and overflows.

We clean eavestroughs by hand, which ensures that there is no debris remaining that can clog and back up your system. Downspouts are cleared, and snaked or taken apart when they need it.

Rubber ladder mitts and ladder arms protect your troughs and siding, and debris goes into yard waste bags for city pickup. Then we photograph the finished troughs, so you know they were really cleaned - you cannot see into them from the ground, and you should not have to take our word for it.

For a regular home we recommend that your eavestroughs be cleaned twice a year; once in the fall, and again in the spring.

We always begin with conducting an on-site evaluation with a focus on safety-related issues, as well as cost and methodology.

High-rise and low-rise, balconies, storefronts, post-construction and multi-unit retail - licensed and insured against the hazards of working at extreme heights.
